Love the app. Makes easy to track water intake.

Very Hydrating

Never have I ever written a review, but I found this to be absolutely necessary. Ive tired all the drink water reminder apps out there, and this by far is THE one to install; simple, precise, and keeps me on track to staying hydrated. With that said, keep in mind the app wont gulp down H2O for you. You must be stern enough on yourself to accomplish that part. DISCLOSURE: Trial and error are part of the course.

I was having cramping issues and I realized that I wasnt hydrating near enough. After only a few days I began to feel better, workout better and sleep better. A great tool for me

You can set the size for your "glass" for tracking and schedule as few or as many reminders as you want.

This app is useful but only keeps the info for 20 days and then asks you to upgrade ($)

Simple and Awesome!

Very simple and easy to use. Doesnt add time to my day to enter info, love that I can just tap a button and it records my water intake. Syncs with Apples Health app which is great and I especially love the badge that lets me know how many drinks I have left.(you can change it to say how many youve had too)

Helps me keep track

Most days Im left wondering how many ounces Ive had. I cant remember sometimes from one bottle to the next, especially on a hectic day. This helps me keep a log and allows me to see a chart of my history. When Im feeling a certain way in my body I can often attribute it to how much water j have had or havent had.
